By accessing hellgatocarbons.com, browsing our catalog, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Shipping and Delivery policy, and our Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the site and do not place an order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms — see Section 16.

Hellgato Carbons designs and builds custom carbon fiber steering wheels, made to order for any car brand, make, and model. Every wheel is produced against your vehicle's factory steering wheel or your specified hub/quick-release setup, your stitching, color, and marker preferences. These Terms govern your use of our website, our online store, and any purchase made through it.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or place an order. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at the phone number above if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree to provide accurate, current billing and shipping information. We may refuse or cancel an order if we believe the information provided is false, incomplete, or fraudulent.

Hellgato Carbons builds custom carbon fiber steering wheels for any car brand. Because every wheel is made to order, it's your responsibility to provide accurate information at checkout — vehicle make, model, year, trim, hub/boss kit or quick-release type, and whether your factory wheel houses an airbag, horn contacts, or steering-mounted controls (cruise, audio, paddle shifters). We build to the specification you submit; we are not responsible for a mismatch caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

Airbag & SRS systems: if your vehicle's factory steering wheel contains a driver airbag, replacing it affects your vehicle's Supplemental Restraint System (SRS). Removing or relocating an airbag module can disable a life-safety system and, depending on your jurisdiction, may not be street-legal. Installation of any wheel involving airbag removal, horn wiring, or clock-spring/steering-control wiring must be carried out by a qualified automotive technician. Hellgato Carbons is not responsible for injury, SRS malfunction, warning-light triggers, or legal consequences resulting from installation, whether performed by you or a third party.

Carbon fiber is a hand-laid, woven material — minor variations in weave pattern, sheen, and resin finish between units are normal and are not considered defects. Product photos are as accurate as reasonably possible, but actual color and weave may vary slightly due to lighting, screen calibration, and batch variation in raw carbon fiber sheets.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and stock levels, but errors can occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, pricing, or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order, refund any amount paid, and notify you before shipment.

Every steering wheel is built to order once your specification is confirmed. Estimated build and lead times are shown at checkout or on the product page and begin once we've verified your vehicle and hub details — they are estimates, not guarantees, since hand-laid carbon work and custom stitching take real fabrication time.

Placing an order through our checkout is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email or notification. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout; by submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.

We use industry-standard measures to screen for fraud and may hold, cancel, or request verification for any order flagged as suspicious.

Shipping timelines, carriers, and costs are outlined on our Shipping and Delivery page. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, though we'll work with you on claims for items lost or damaged in transit.

Because every steering wheel is custom-built to your vehicle and spec, orders are final sale once production begins, except where the wheel arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match the specification you submitted at checkout. All content on this site — including the Hellgato Carbons name, logo, product photography, weave designs, page layout, and written copy — is owned by Hellgato Carbons or its licensors and protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You agree not to: use the site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account; scrape, resell, or republish our catalog data or images without permission; interfere with the site's security features; or submit false information at checkout.

If you submit a review, photo, or comment, you grant Hellgato Carbons a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content on our site and marketing channels. Don't submit content that's defamatory, infringing, or contains personal data of others. We may remove any submitted content at our discretion.

Our site may link to third-party services (payment processors, shipping carriers, social platforms). We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

Except where required by law or explicitly stated on a product page, products are sold without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hellgato Carbons is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or installation of any steering wheel purchased through this site, including damage to a vehicle, its SRS/airbag system, or its steering-mounted electronics resulting from improper fitment, wiring, or installation.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold Hellgato Carbons, its owners, and staff harmless from any claim, damage, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or improper installation or use of a purchased product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates take effect as soon as they're posted to this page. We recommend checking back periodically — your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
