Every wheel we ship is built to order. Here's exactly how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
From Request To Refund.
14-Day Window
Standard, non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.
Request A Return
Email info@hellgatocarbons.com with your order number and reason. We'll send a return authorization and address.
Ship It Back
Pack the item securely in its original box. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the part arrived damaged or defective.
Inspection
Once received, our team inspects the part for wear, damage, and completeness. This takes 2–4 business days.
Refund Issued
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Custom Steering Wheels Are Built For Your Car.
Every steering wheel we make is cut, wrapped, and fitted to your exact make and model. Because each build is one-of-one, custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started — unless the part is defective or damaged in transit.
Damage, Defects & Exceptions.
Damaged In Transit
Photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Manufacturing Defect
Carbon or stitching defects found within 30 days are repaired, replaced, or refunded — your choice.
Not Eligible
Installed, used, or altered wheels, and any custom-fit or personalized build once production begins.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before production starts. Once fabrication begins, cancellation fees may apply.
